Wholesale Cigarette Filters: How Heavy Smokers Can Buy in Bulk
If you smoke a pack a day, you go through about 7,300 cigarettes a year. If you use add-on filters, buying them in small packs means reordering often. This guide explains how many filters you need, how to compare pack sizes and prices yourself, and what to watch out for when buying in bulk.
How Many Filters You Need

How to Compare Bulk Prices
Divide the current pack price by the number of filters to get the price per filter, then divide by the number of cigarettes per filter to get the cost per cigarette. Use the same number of cigarettes per filter for every brand you compare, and check that the filter comes in the size of your cigarettes. Be careful with "value packs" whose price per filter is not actually lower, and with percentage savings that come without a source.
Storage and Freshness for Bulk Buyers
Keep unopened packs closed, in a dry place at room temperature, and only take out the filters you need for the day. Don't buy more than you expect to use in a reasonable time — especially if you are thinking about cutting down.
Shipping and Per-Unit Economics
Shipping costs depend on the marketplace, the seller and your order. One larger pack means fewer shipments than several small ones; check the shipping terms shown at checkout before you compare the final cost per filter.
Should You Buy True Wholesale?
